“We Were Forced to Leave Immediately” — Iran Coach Speaks Out
The coach of Iran’s club described his team’s journey as the most oppressive in this World Cup. It can be noted that the country was announced to play against Los Angeles after their draw with New Zealand.
The coach shared that they had already planned to rest for a day for recovery before returning, but instead were told to leave immediately.
“After the game, they said to us, ‘You have to leave immediately. We’ve been asked to get on a plane and return to our camp in Tijuana, and we are really troubled by that.’
“They are forcing us to go back early. They are making the situation more and more difficult, more hurdles, but we’re not going to let that stop us from doing our best.”
Former footballer Paul Pogba has shared hope and claims that Manchester United will win the Premier League in the next three years.
It can be recalled that the club finished in 3rd position this year, behind Manchester City and Arsenal.
“I think Manchester United will win in the next few years; they are going to be champions of the Premier League.
“If Arsenal can be champions, then Manchester United will definitely be champions.”
Former football player Clinton Morrison gives advice to England manager and claims that the country has no chance of winning the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
It can be noted that England hasn’t won the World Cup in 60 years, and the manager, Tuchel, is aiming to win the cup.
“Let me tell you something, if Harry Kane is not fit or not available, England have no chance of winning the World Cup,” he said. “That is my honest opinion.”
Manchester United have released a list of players who are expected to leave the club during the summer transfer window.
A statement from the club listed the players as Jadon Sancho, Casemiro, Tyrell Malacia, Sonny Aljofree, James Bailey, and Malachi Sharpe.
It was noted that Casemiro enjoyed a strong season at the club and built an excellent reputation during his time with the team.
Meanwhile, Tyrell Malacia made 50 first-team appearances for Manchester United during his spell at the club.
