Nicki Minaj, the renowned rapper, recently shut down rumors circulating about her taking a break from music.
The rumors began when an X account, @NMCaviar, shared a post claiming that Minaj had announced a hiatus from her music career.
The tweet quickly gained attention, sparking speculation among fans and the media.
However, Minaj was quick to respond and set the record straight. She made it clear that she has no intention of stepping away from the music scene.
In her own bold style, she tweeted, “Ain’t going no mthfkn where. Kiss my a** and hiatus,” letting fans know that she’s here to stay.
This isn’t the first time Minaj has addressed rumors about her career. In 2019, she did take a brief pause from music after announcing her retirement on X, formerly known as Twitter, to focus on starting a family.
At the time, the news came just a couple of months after she tied the knot with her longtime partner, Kenneth Petty, in October 2019.

He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”

It can be noted that similar concerns have previously been raised online, especially on platforms like Twitter, where many fear AI could replace artists and producers.
He wrote “AI is quietly about to retire the entire music production and mastering industry. I have seen scary things tonight. God help all of us in this ecosystem.”
