Andre Harriman-Annous Reveals His Nationality

Andre Harriman-Annous, Famous Arsenal Player reveals his nationality. He shares that his mum and dad are from both Nigeria and Ghana, while Andre was born in England. Andre has hinted to be a representative to the national teams of Nigeria, Ghana and England.

He is eligible to play for the Super Eagles, the Black Stars, and England, as he holds nationalities from all three. “My family background is African,” Harriman-Annous told Arsenal’s website. “My mum is from Nigeria and my dad is Ghanaian.”

“When I was around five or six, I started to develop and I was playing for a local team called Whetstone Wanderers. “At around seven I was scouted for the Tottenham pre-academy and I was there for a year or so, but then Arsenal and I have been here ever since, which is a dream come true because I’m an Arsenal fan!”

Nigeria’s Super Falcons beat Algeria with 4-1 in a friendly match held on Tuesday at Mobalaji Johnson Arena in Lagos. Super Falcons broke the tie with star player, Folashade Ijamilusi as she strikes a hat-trick in the match.

The Falcons start off the match with a goal in just 12 minutes thanks to star player, Ijamilusi. Then seven minutes later Super Falcons scores another goal. Algeria missed an opportunity to cut their streak with a penalty. However it was friendly and lovely game especially for Nigerians.

Manchester City Manager, Pep Guardiola shares that he is not concerned with Real Madrid refusal to attend the Ballon d’Or Ceremony. Manchester City Midfielder, Rodri won the award with nominees like Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Dani Carvajal.

Rodri won with a total of 100 votes from both coaches and the media. With Real Madrid being aware of their loss they decide to cancel their attendance to the ceremony. Guardiola answers a reporter concerning Real Madrid refusal “It’s up to them. If they want to congratulate, that’s fine. If not, that’s fine as well.”
