Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has fired back at her colleague Eniola Badmus after being called an animal during a heated exchange.

The drama started at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s movie Owanbe Thieves on Sunday, where both actresses had a public clash. Things escalated when Badmus reportedly sent a message to Bakare, saying, “Don’t bring your terrible animalistic behaviour around me. Stay farrrrrrrr.”

In response, Laide took to Instagram on Monday to share a screenshot of the message and dragged Badmus, claiming she once helped her when others wouldn’t.

According to Bakare, she gave Eniola her first major role at a time when people avoided her because of her looks and weight.

“I used my own money to help someone who turned out to be ungrateful,” she wrote. “You called me an animal? Eniola, you’ve started something you can’t finish. You must collect, and God will judge you.”
