American Actress, Halle Berry gets legal win in custody battle with her ex husband, Oliver Martinez over their only child who is 10year old. The judge for this case claimed Martinez absence in the mandatory co-parenting therapy session rules put against him.
Martinez ignored the therapy process and failed to attend, prompting Halle Berry to file a case against him in court. Berry accused him of missing therapy and refusing to co-parent meanwhile Martinez accuses Berry of lack of cooperation concerning his legal fees.
