Elon Musk Reveals Multiple Assassination Attempts, Compares Himself to John Lennon
Elon Musk has disclosed that “two homicidal maniacs” attempted to kill him in the past seven months.
At a recent Tesla shareholder meeting, the CEO compared his situation to that of John Lennon, the Beatles legend who was infamously murdered by a fan in 1980. During the Q&A session, when asked about his safety, Musk admitted he should consider working out to avoid being “assassinated.”
Musk remarked, “The probability that a homicidal maniac will try to kill you is proportionate to how many homicidal maniacs hear your name. They hear my name a lot, so I’m like, ‘OK, I’m on the list,’ you know,” he chuckled.
He revealed that in the last seven months, Tesla encountered two homicidal maniacs aiming to kill him and others. “They were just in the homicidal maniac career, so I do need to be kind of careful,” he said.
Due to these threats, Musk stated he has become “a bit more standoffish” and stopped signing items for fans. Drawing a parallel to Lennon, Musk emphasized his commitment to staying alive, saying, “I will endeavor to stay alive.”
