“If You Don’t Want a Man Who Is Broke, Be Ready for a Busy One” – Kanayo O. Kanayo
Nollywood veteran Kanayo O. Kanayo recently shared a thoughtful dating tip for women, shedding light on the complexities of relationships.
The actor, known for his numerous contributions to the Nigerian film industry, took to his Instagram page to offer advice to ladies.
He pointed out that relationships often come with trade-offs, and it’s crucial to be realistic about expectations.
According to Kanayo, women who are not open to dating a man who is financially struggling should also be ready to accept the challenges that come with being with an extremely busy man.
In his post, the actor stated, “The gentleman’s code: If you don’t want a man who is broke, you are going to have to put up with a busy one.”
Kanayo’s perspective brings attention to the realities of modern-day relationships, where success in one area of life might require sacrifices in others.
While financial stability is undoubtedly important, the demands of a successful career can leave little time for romance.
Nigerian singer BNXN has made a claim online that has generated mixed reactions. The singer stated that living in Lagos is more expensive than living in Los Angeles, drawing from his personal experience in the United States.
Speaking about life abroad, BNXN explained that there are fewer financial obligations and requests for money compared to Nigeria, where people are often expected to support relatives and acquaintances.
“I was telling someone, since I got to the United States, I haven’t seen one egbon adugbo asking me to press money. Lagos is too expensive abeg. Lagos is more expensive than LA (Los Angeles),” BNXN stated.
It can be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed charges against Blessing CEO over an alleged ₦13 million fraud case.
The case is reportedly linked to claims that the influencer obtained ₦13 million through an alleged cancer-related fundraising scheme.
It can also be recalled that Blessing CEO previously claimed she was battling Stage 4 breast cancer, a revelation that drew sympathy from many people and reportedly led to financial support from members of the public.
While investigations are still ongoing, the influencer remains innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
Nigerian fashion designer Veekee James celebrated her 31st birthday and shared pictures on social media with her daughter.
The influencer spoke about how her life has changed and described motherhood as the greatest gift she has received.
