Chidimma Adetshina’s Mother Arrested For Violation Of Migration Law

The mother of Nigeria’s Miss Universe, Anabela Rungo, the mother of Chidimma Adetshina, has been arrested by the South African authorities.
It was reported that Anabela was arrested over having a South African document illegally. She was taken by the authorities on Saturday.
The Department’s Spokeperson, Siya Qoza stated that Anabela had been declared persona non grata by the government in September 2024.
Qoza also stated that “Investigators from the department, assisted by SAPS, detained Anabela Rungo at a property in Cape Town.”
“The Department withdrew Rungo’s South African documentation in September 2024 after finding that it had been fraudulently obtained, rendering her ineligible to continue residing in South Africa.”
It was also revealed that the beauty pageant, Adetshina was ineligible to contest as she was not a South African citizen.
The Department’s spokespersons Qoza accuses Anabela, Adetshina’s mother, of purposely ignoring the migration laws.

British rapper Skepta challenges his colleagues to a rap battle. The rapper recently spoke on the long debate about who is better — British or American rappers — and said this challenge will help put an end to the debate.

The rapper also shared that he’s bringing more UK rappers on board to make the challenge more interesting against the American rappers.
