Manchester United have reportedly drawn up a shortlist of three managers who could replace Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford.

According to Fichajes.net via Football Transfers, Amorim’s future at United is already uncertain despite only taking charge a few months ago.

The Portuguese coach was appointed in November last year after Erik ten Hag’s exit, arriving from Sporting CP with hopes of turning things around. However, things haven’t gone as planned.

Many fans initially believed his 3-4-3 formation would be the solution, but results have been disappointing. Under his leadership, United have managed just four Premier League wins so far, leaving them in 15th place after 25 games. With relegation fears creeping in, frustration is growing at the club.

Although United are still in the FA Cup and Europa League, they were knocked out of the EFL Cup quarterfinals by Tottenham. To make matters worse, Spurs have now beaten them three times this season, with the latest being a 1-0 defeat last Sunday.

With pressure mounting, United’s board is reportedly losing patience and considering other options. The names being linked as possible replacements include Zinedine Zidane, Mauricio Pochettino, and Thomas Tuchel.
