Davido, the Nigerian music superstar, has opened up about his current relationship with fellow artists Wizkid and Burna Boy. The “Fem” hitmaker revealed that while he once shared a close personal bond with both artists, that’s no longer the case.

He explained that the Afrobeats conversation has grown beyond the trio of himself, Wizkid, and Burna Boy. With rising stars like Rema and Ayra Starr making waves internationally, Davido believes the genre’s reach is now much larger.

During an interview on The Breakfast Club, he shared, “I don’t have a personal relationship with them anymore, but at one time, I did. The conversation is bigger than the ‘Big 3’ now, with Rema, Ayra Starr, and other artists stepping up. We all understand that it’s bigger than just the three of us.”

Davido also addressed his relationship with Tiwa Savage, describing her as a lifelong sister. “Our fight is just like any brother-sister argument,” he said. “I’ll always be there for her and her child. Nothing will come between us.”
