AY Comedian Opens Up About EFCC Invitation After Spraying Foreign Currency and Naira
Popular Nigerian Comedian AY shares his personal experience with he Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, amid VeryDarkMan’s arrest.
The comedian reveals that he was invited by the EFCC on the 5th of May, 2025 after he sprayed both Naira and foreign currency. He shares that the operatives claimed it as Naira abuse.
He then shares that he was pardoned by EFCC and it was confirmed that that the money he sprayed was from legal activities.
“I want to sincerely thank the EFCC and all authorities involved for their understanding and for granting me pardon based on confirmation that the money being sprayed is not linked to the proceeds of crime or any form of illicit funds.”
