From Endless Circles to Comfortable Squares: “The Journey Begins on Monday”

Published

Monday.

It’s the start of the official week—where we go to work, school, and resume our daily hustles to survive. Today, we’ll focus on giving you motivation, a reason to keep going.

Mondays always remind us that we’re about to resume our regular cycle—and I know, that can be tiring. But we stay in that circle to reach our destination. A destination that might eventually become a comfortable square or rectangle—harder to move, unlike a circle.

For many, weekends go by so fast. They feel like just two minutes, and then we’re back in the circle again. But just know this: Even if we’re tired of moving in circles, we have a destination to reach. So we must keep moving.

Published

on

Looking for a job? Sweating hard to make that money? Everyone is looking for fast cash and not long-term wealth.

Wealth or our future doesn’t start with fast cash — it starts with our ability. We’re told, especially when starting a career or just finishing school, that experience is more important. Many ignore that advice and go ahead chasing money.

That’s not the way. Build yourself instead. The secret to wealth is your ability, skills, and determination. These three alone will get you there.

Healthy Living Made Simple: 7 Everyday Habits for a Better Life

Published

on

Most people want to be healthy and live long but don’t always know the right way to go about it. Most times, we think it’s just about going to the gym or eating the right food. Yes, that is true, but there’s more to these things than that — we can live healthily in other ways.

Today, we’ll be going through a few healthy tips to have a more relaxing and peaceful lifestyle.

  1. Sleep: This might seem overrated, but having enough sleep is definitely something we need. It fuels our body to be ready for the day and is therefore a necessity for a healthy lifestyle.

  2. Setting goals or to-do lists: This helps us to organize our day and schedules. It helps us make time to take a breather and relax. We need a balanced life to live healthily and avoid stressful living.

  3. Being productive: When we are productive or do something productive in a day, we feel more accomplished and are able to relax more, knowing our day was well spent.

  4. Being clean: Very important to healthy living. You can be clean, but if your environment isn’t, that affects your health. Please be clean in all environments and places.

  5. Balanced diet: Eat properly. Have enough protein, carbohydrates — don’t just think one nutrient is more important than the others, because that’s not true.

  6. Drink water: Drink water!! Not just any liquid — not orange juice or tea. Water is life. We need it.

  7. Be kind: This sets our mind to be clear and peaceful. When we’re not kind, we are often stressed with negativity in our bodies. Be kind and move on from any situation.

Healthy living is wealthy living!

Living Godly, Not Worldly; Digging Deeper Than the Obvious

Published

on

Living like Christ, living holy, living godly — these are not new statements to us. Many of us believers actually want to live godly, but we think the obvious things are just worldly things, like lying, going to a nightclub, getting lost in the world.

No, living worldly is not obvious. For instance, there are reasons a lot of people want to go to these types of places. It can come from a feeling — these are the things we need to pray about and let go of, not just the places. The not-so-obvious things are the problems and roots.

Stop seeking validation. You are not missing out once you have accepted and settled this in your mind. You can live in peace with God. Remove the root and feeling to stand against the world.
