“The Morning Show” Actor Joe Marinelli Dies at 68 After Battle with Cancer

“The Morning Show” actor Joe Marinelli is reportedly dead and passed away due to his stomach and throat cancer.
The actor passed away on the 22nd of June, 2025 and left at the age of 68. His death was later confirmed by his wife, Jean Marinelli.
Fans and colleagues share their emotional tribute in the remembrance of the late actor.

The actress took to social media to recall how helpful Yemi Alade was during this time and revealed that she gave her a place to stay.
She reveals when she met Yemi through a friend and how she slept at her place in her university days “ stayed for weeks and this woman NEVER EVER complained. In fact, the peace was too much I had to leave even when I wasn’t ready to.”
“Many years later, I still have the softest spot for Yemi and will eternally be grateful to her. Allowing me to squat with her wasn’t what stood out I squatted with other people too it was the attitude, consideration, and the peace! My Padi @yemialade, I dey for you for life!”

Ex Big Brother Naija Housemates step out to speak on how the reality show changed their lives for the better.
A recent interview was held at the celebration of BBN host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, birthday in Lagos. At this event, former housemates were interviewed and everyone had positive things to share.
“Big Brother Naija made me a television presenter. That path wasn’t part of my original plan I was a lawyer and expected to still be practicing. But my time in the Big Brother house helped me discover my passion for speaking. Without the show, I wouldn’t have this career in TV today.” Says Ebuka.
“Even though I was confident I’d succeed eventually, Big Brother Naija catapulted me to the top much faster than I expected,” says Bisola Aiyeola.
