Al-Hilal Offer Alexander Isak £600k a Week as They Push to Sign Him
Saudi giants Al-Hilal are reportedly prepared to tempt Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak with a jaw-dropping £600,000-a-week tax-free contract as they push to sign him this summer. The Swedish striker has handed in a transfer request and was left out of Newcastle’s preseason tour of Asia, fueling speculation around his future.
According to reports from The Guardian, Al-Hilal are not stopping at just a massive weekly wage. They plan to sweeten the deal with big bonuses tied to team success—if they win the Saudi Pro League or the AFC Champions League—and individual performance, like Isak finishing as top scorer.
Liverpool are also eyeing the 25-year-old, but their interest may be limited by financial constraints. The Merseyside club is unlikely to match Al-Hilal’s offer and may struggle to meet Newcastle’s £120m asking price, especially after already spending nearly £300m this summer on new signings, including Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez.
