Dancing With the Stars is back on our screens tonight, marking the start of its 34th season. The long-running competition returns with a mix of athletes, actors, singers, reality TV personalities, and social media stars, all teaming up with professional dancers in the hope of walking away with the famous Mirrorball trophy.

The celebrity lineup this season is stacked. Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles will be testing her skills off the mat, actress Danielle Fishel, best remembered as Topanga from Boy Meets World, is ready to step into the ballroom, and Dylan Efron, brother of Hollywood star Zac Efron, is also taking his shot.

Music fans will be looking out for Scott Hoying from Pentatonix and singer Lauren Jauregui, while animal lover Robert Irwin is expected to win over hearts just like his late father, Steve Irwin, once did. Other names in the mix include Hilaria Baldwin, Elaine Hendrix, Andy Richter, Corey Feldman, Jen Affleck, Baron Davis, and Whitney Leavitt.

The show will once again be hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro alongside Julianne Hough, with judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli returning to the panel. As always, the format remains the same: each pair performs live every week, judges give their scores, the audience votes, and one couple leaves the competition until the season’s champion is crowned.

This season shows the 20th anniversary year, which means fans should expect special themes, nostalgic moments, and perhaps a few surprises along the way. The premiere airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, with episodes available for streaming the next day on Hulu.
