Renowned Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has addressed the shift in her relationship with Eniola Badmus, her former close friend and frequent collaborator.
In an interview on ArisrTV, Akindele discussed why their once-close friendship has changed. The two actresses were known for their strong bond, frequently traveling together, appearing in films, attending events, and sharing playful interactions on social media.
Akindele clarified that despite the changes, she still maintains a cordial relationship with Eniola Badmus and other industry colleagues. She explained that their reduced closeness is due to the demands of their busy lives. “Eniola Badmus makes me laugh and I love spending time with her, but we’ve both been very busy recently. I’m still friendly with everyone,” Akindele said.
