Nigerian skit maker Denilson Igwe has accused his former partner, Mark Angel, of falsely claiming that his protégé, Emmanuella, bought a house for her parents. Naija News recalls a 2020 video where Emmanuella was shown presenting a house to her parents. However, in a recent video by the Honest Bunch podcast, Denilson alleged that Mark Angel fabricated the story, explaining that Emmanuella was unaware of the cost of building materials.

Denilson stated that Emmanuella does not have access to her social media accounts, which are controlled by Mark Angel. He also raised concerns about the numerous males living in Mark Angel’s house with Emmanuella and Success, both of whom are now grown females.

Denilson revealed he parted ways with Mark Angel after discovering financial deceit, claiming that Mark, who was once a security guard at Kilimanjaro in Port Harcourt, did not inform him when their social media page was monetized. Denilson, who handled videography for Mark Angel Comedy, alleged that he received no earnings from the monetization until 2016, when Mark gave him ₦50,000 after buying a car. He also claimed that despite earning $160,000 monthly from Facebook revenue, Mark paid Emmanuella only ₦20,000 per month.
