Kylian Mbappe Purchases Majority Stake in French Club Caen
Kylian Mbappe, the star forward for Real Madrid, has made headlines with his recent acquisition of a French professional football club, Caen.
At just 25 years old, Mbappe is set to become the majority owner of the club after finalizing a deal worth just under €20 million.
According to Le Parisien, the purchase means that Mbappe will hold the majority of shares in Caen, while Pierre-Antin Capton will retain a minority stake, valued at €5 million.
This move marks a significant milestone for the France captain, further cementing his influence both on and off the pitch.
Currently, Caen competes in French Ligue 2, and Mbappe’s investment is expected to bring considerable attention and possibly new opportunities to the club.
This acquisition aligns with Mbappe’s growing presence in the football world, not only as a top player but also as a key figure in the management and development of the sport.
Ademola Lookman has praised Atlético Madrid following their 2–0 victory over Barcelona.
It can be noted that the match ended 2–0, with goals scored by Julián Álvarez and Alexander Sørloth.
Speaking in a recent interview, Lookman commended the team’s performance and unity “It was a good result. The performance of the team, especially not to concede here, shows the work everyone’s been doing and the togetherness.”
