Among those apprehended, three were caught at Moshood Abiola Stadium, four were detained while vandalizing street lights, one scavenger was arrested in the city center, and four others were apprehended in Kuje for vandalizing an electrical installation. Samuel Idoko, the Spokesperson for the FCT Command of the NSCDC, disclosed these details, highlighting the arrests made between Monday and Wednesday.
Dr. Olusola Odumosu, the FCT Commandant of the NSCDC, had previously warned miscreants to stay away from CNAI and emphasized that those caught damaging public property would face severe legal consequences. He also urged residents to report any criminal activities to the NSCDC and other security agencies, underscoring the collective responsibility in protecting national assets.
