Kehlani Denies ‘Cult’ Allegations Amid Custody Battle

Singer Kehlani has refuted allegations made by her ex, Javaughn Young-White, that she is involved in a “cult” and has endangered their 5-year-old daughter, Adeya Nomi. In a statement on Instagram, Kehlani described Young-White’s claims as “incredibly hurtful, inaccurate, inappropriate and simply untrue.” She emphasized her commitment to her child’s safety, stating, “I strongly deny any claims that I have put my child in harm’s way, or left my child alone with anyone deemed dangerous or unsafe.” Kehlani also addressed her former religious affiliation, clarifying that she no longer aligns with the community and has always prioritized her child’s well-being.
Court documents reveal that Young-White, who is seeking full custody of Adeya, criticized Kehlani’s parenting and claimed that her religious community had extensive childcare responsibilities, including bathing and sleeping with Adeya. He also alleged that an unnamed leader in the community faces accusations of sexual assault. Young-White’s name does not appear on Adeya’s birth certificate, but he hopes the legal process will rectify this. The court has ordered both parties to undergo mediation to discuss their custody agreement. Kehlani concluded her statement by requesting privacy and respect from her fans, indicating she will avoid discussing her family issues publicly going forward.

N.Flying Celebrates 10 Years with ‘Everlasting’ Album and World Tour

Korean rock band N.Flying is stepping into their 10th year together with a bang. The five-member group is celebrating their anniversary with a brand-new full-length album titled Everlasting and a global tour that reflects just how far they’ve come since their 2015 debut.
Set for release on May 28, Everlasting is more than just an album—it’s a message to their fans. It represents the group’s journey, the struggles they’ve overcome, and the strong bond they’ve built over the years. The album’s concept photos, showing the members in calm, earthy-toned suits, give off a mature and confident vibe, fitting for a group that has grown up in front of their fans.
The group—Seunghyub, Hun, Jaehyun, Hweseung, and Dongsung—each bring something unique to the table. Seunghyub, the leader, is known for his role as both rapper and vocalist. Hun adds his guitar skills and soft voice, while Jaehyun keeps the beat steady as the drummer. Hweseung’s powerful vocals and Dongsung’s bass complete their sound, which blends rock with a touch of pop and emotional storytelling.
This comeback holds extra weight, as it’s the band’s first full group activity after some members completed their military service.
Their world tour, titled &CON4: Full Circle, kicked off in Seoul from May 9 to 11 and will continue in Busan on July 5. After that, they’ll be taking the show overseas, performing in 28 cities across Asia, North America, Europe, Oceania, and South America through early 2026.
The tour’s name, Full Circle, has a deeper meaning. It shows how the group has returned stronger and more complete, ready to reconnect with fans and share how far they’ve come. It also speaks to the tight-knit relationship between N.Flying and their fanbase, N.Fia, who have supported them through every high and low.
Beyond the album and the tour, the group is treating fans to special anniversary events. Pop-up stores themed around Everlasting and N.Fie Birthday To You will offer exclusive merch and interactive fan experiences. On their debut anniversary, they’re hosting a live broadcast titled Let’s Roll, where fans can hear directly from the members, enjoy behind-the-scenes stories, and participate in other fun surprises.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Sequel Delayed Until 2027

Fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will have to wait a bit longer for the next movie. The sequel to the popular 2023 animated film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2, has been delayed. It was originally set to come out on October 9, 2026, but now the release date has been pushed back to September 17, 2027.
The delay is mainly due to hold-ups in the animation production process. While this is disappointing, it’s a common challenge when making high-quality animated films. The studio behind the movie, Paramount Pictures, has also shifted other big releases around the same time, including The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender, which moved from early 2026 to late 2026.
Jeff Rowe, who directed the first Mutant Mayhem, is coming back to lead this sequel. He’ll be joined by co-directors Kyler Spears and Yashar Kassai. The story is expected to focus more on the villain Shredder, who made a dramatic appearance at the end of the first movie. Rowe described the sequel as a “villain-forward” story, promising a darker and more intense look at the Turtles’ greatest enemy.
The voice cast from the first movie will also return, including Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu, and Brady Noon as the four Ninja Turtles.
The production team includes Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, who are once again producing the film through their company, Point Grey Pictures.
To keep fans entertained while they wait, Paramount has launched Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, an animated series that connects the first movie with the upcoming sequel. The first season premiered on Paramount+ in August 2024, with a second season expected later this year.
Though the wait is longer than anyone hoped, this delay shows that the studio is focused on making sure the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film meets the high standards fans expect. Until then, viewers can enjoy the adventures in the Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series as they count down the months until the Turtles’ return to theaters in 2027.
