Charly Boy Calls for Revolution, Warns of Violence
Charles Oputa, also known as Charly Boy, has declared that a revolution is the only remedy for Nigeria’s poor governance. He described the August 1-10 protests as a warm-up for a more significant, unannounced event. Charly Boy warned that if the Nigerian government ignores the youth’s demands, the revolution could turn violent.
He stated on his X account, “A revolution is needed to fix bad leadership. The upcoming protests are just a rehearsal. The main event will be unannounced and more intense. It won’t be televised, and it could bring destruction and bloodshed, but we hope it leads to a solution.”
Reports indicate that Nigerian youth have been protesting since August 1, with a one-million-person march planned nationwide for Saturday.

The influencer added in his vows “We are one. Whatever is mine is yours. I promise to do 50/50 with you; I don’t care what people say.”
Fans were left in awe of the couple and shared how their love appears genuine despite the content and jokes they often make online.
Nigerian music executive Soso Soberekon offers Peter Okoye ₦500 million if he beats his brother, Paul Okoye, in a boxing match.
It can be noted that the music executive wrote out the offer on his phone and simply put it out “₦500 Million Naira to fight your twin in a boxing match.”
