FCT Police Identify Murdered Crossdresser as Ifeanyi Chukwu-Agah Benedict
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has released new information about the crossdresser known as ‘Abuja Area Mama,’ who was tragically murdered earlier this month.
The body of the deceased was discovered along the Katampe-Mabushi Expressway early on the morning of August 8. Following the discovery, the FCT Police initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances of the death.
On Tuesday, the command’s spokesperson, Josephine Adeh, revealed that preliminary findings identified the victim as Ifeanyi Chukwu-Agah Benedict, a 33-year-old from Afikpo North Local Government Area in Ebonyi State. Benedict resided in the Dapé area of Karmo in the FCT.
According to Adeh, the deceased’s family has been contacted and is cooperating with the police to provide crucial information as the investigation progresses. The authorities are working diligently to uncover the details surrounding this case and bring those responsible to justice.
