“Love Next Door” Debuts on Netflix And Wins Fans Over

The newly released  tvN K-drama ”Love Next Door” has premiered on Netflix, quickly captivating fans with its first two episodes. This romantic comedy, directed by Yoo Je-won of *Hi Bye, Mama!* fame, centers on the popular “childhood friends-to-lovers” theme.

Written by Shin Ha-eun, known for the hit *Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha*, the series stars Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min as childhood friends who reconnect in adulthood and begin to develop romantic feelings. In a recent interview with Elle Korea, Jung So-min expressed her enjoyment of filming, noting the comfort found in the characters’ personal growth and challenges. She hopes viewers will relate to the characters’ experiences and find inspiration from the show.

Nigerian singer Seun Kuti makes headlines as he claims that the person sponsoring popular content creator IShowSpeed’s African tour is Elon Musk.

It can be noted that the content creator has been touring countries in Africa and has visited Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Kenya, and South Africa.

Seun Kuti also claimed that the African tour was used to spy on people. “They all have the agenda. All that was a spy job for Elon Musk. I hail him and we have our own people pursuing him with us.”

He explained this using the analogy of a wedding cake. He shared how couples in the past used fruit cakes for their weddings, which could be preserved for a long time and even eaten on their first wedding anniversary.

He pointed out that nowadays, couples go for icing or ice cream cakes, which obviously do not last long.

He used this as a reason why some modern marriages do not really last these days.
