Man Dies from Severe Infections Caused by Three-Year-Old Foreign Object Lodged in Bladder
A man was found to have died from complications caused by a foreign object lodged in his bladder for three years, believed to have been inserted for sexual stimulation.
The eyeliner led to severe infections, bladder stone formation, and ultimately sepsis.
Medical professionals discovered small wounds, a rectovesical fistula, and damage to the bladder, kidney, and spleen.
This rare case highlights the long-term health risks of foreign objects used during sexual activity, even if the initial incident occurred years before death.
