The Smart Money Woman Season 2 Premieres October 10
Popular Series, The Smart Money Woman returns for Season 2 on October 10, 2024. The series, which first aired on Netflix in September 2021 as a seven-episode adaptation of the original Africa Magic season, has released its official teaser trailer.
Created by Arese Ugwu, this financial literacy comedy-drama set in Lagos features Nollywood stars like Osas Ighodaro, Toni Tones, and Ini Dima-Okojie. Directed by Wande Thomas and Bunmi Ajakaiye, Season 2 is produced by Arese Ugwu, Isoken Ogiemwonyi, Akin ‘Marine’ Marinho, and Lala Akindoju.

New York Priest Removed for Allowing Sabrina Carpenter Provocative Shoot In Church
New York Priest was stripped off his position for allowing American Singer, Sabrina Carpenter to shoot provocative scenes in the church. The priest was accused of not being able to manage his duties and was released from it. The New York Priest was a leader in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.
The church began an investigation after the music video was released in 2023, apart from this shooting illegal financial transfers were found.
Bishop Robert Brennan released a statement to BBC and shares the updates “I am saddened to share that investigations conducted by Alvarez & Marsal and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP have uncovered evidence of serious violations of Diocesan policies and protocols,”.

He explained that some pastors’ wives misuse their husbands’ roles in ministry to manipulate them, knowing they cannot retaliate or divorce them due to their faith.
Bamiloye highlighted that this behavior leads to marital challenges for pastors, urging better understanding and mutual respect in such relationships.
