Nigerian Actor Patrick Doyle Praises Davido’s Composure Amid Criticism
Nigerian Actor, Patrick Doyle compliments Nigerian Singer, Davido for his ability to be composed during criticism. He stated that Davido is the least arrogant artist and has shown wisdom in the ways he handled criticism from others.
The actor shared through his social media account, Facebook recalling how he faced his own criticism. “I have noticed a young man who of late has been on the receiving end of aspersions from his peers. As for the unwarranted abuse from his peers, it appears that the more they attack him and he ignores them, the more his stature as a global star shines.”
“Perhaps the least arrogant of his peers even when he has the credentials to be the most arrogant given the aristocracy of his antecedents compared to his street brought up peers. Nigerian singer BNXN has made a claim online that has generated mixed reactions. The singer stated that living in Lagos is more expensive than living in Los Angeles, drawing from his personal experience in the United States.
Speaking about life abroad, BNXN explained that there are fewer financial obligations and requests for money compared to Nigeria, where people are often expected to support relatives and acquaintances.
“I was telling someone, since I got to the United States, I haven’t seen one egbon adugbo asking me to press money. Lagos is too expensive abeg. Lagos is more expensive than LA (Los Angeles),” BNXN stated.
It can be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed charges against Blessing CEO over an alleged ₦13 million fraud case.
The case is reportedly linked to claims that the influencer obtained ₦13 million through an alleged cancer-related fundraising scheme.
It can also be recalled that Blessing CEO previously claimed she was battling Stage 4 breast cancer, a revelation that drew sympathy from many people and reportedly led to financial support from members of the public.
While investigations are still ongoing, the influencer remains innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
Nigerian fashion designer Veekee James celebrated her 31st birthday and shared pictures on social media with her daughter.
The influencer spoke about how her life has changed and described motherhood as the greatest gift she has received.
