Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has discussed his team’s approach for their crucial Champions League match against Club Brugge on Wednesday, a game that could decide their future in the competition.

So far this season, Manchester City’s performances in the Champions League have been underwhelming.

Ahead of the final group stage match, Guardiola made it clear that City must win if they are to continue their European journey.

“The situation we have is that we have to win the game, and if not, we will not continue in this competition,” Guardiola stated. “But it’s not a problem; it’s an opportunity, a challenge, and we will face it.”

When discussing how City would approach the game, Guardiola stressed the importance of staying calm and composed. “We would like to score a lot in the first 20 minutes, but I don’t think it is going to happen,” he admitted.
