Guardiola Drops Verdict on Premier League Race
Manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, has shared his thoughts on the Premier League race, stating that Arsenal can only win if they win all their remaining games.
It can be noted that after Man City’s match against Burnley, they ended up level with Arsenal on the fixture table. However, Man City currently sit at the top, slightly ahead of Arsenal.
Many fans are still wondering who will win the race, and Guardiola believes the only way Arsenal can take it is by winning all their remaining matches.
FC Barcelona has made headlines after announcing that young star Lamine Yamal will be out for the rest of the season due to injury.
It can be recalled that the player suffered a hamstring injury during the match against Celta Vigo, which Barcelona won.
“The tests carried out have confirmed that first-team player Lamine Yamal has a hamstring injury in his left leg (biceps femoris muscle).
“The player will follow a conservative treatment plan. Lamine Yamal will miss the remainder of the season and is expected to be available for the World Cup.”
It has been reported that Chelsea FC has let go of their manager, Liam Rosenior. This was revealed on the 22nd of April 2026 after the club lost their match against Brighton & Hove Albion.
It can be noted that the team’s performance has not been that great, and we can guess this was a reason for the change of manager.
Arsenal drops news regarding their defender, Marli Salmon. The club revealed that the player has signed a pre-contract agreement to join the team when he turns 17 this August.
It can be noted that the player has been enrolled in training since he was 9 in 2019, and now we get to see his skills soon with the club.
After the news was announced, Marli shared his reaction to signing the contract “It is a very big moment for me, for my family as well. I’m very proud.”
