Peter Obi congratulates Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Tems on her latest Grammy win, praising the success of Nigerian youths in the entertainment industry. In a post on his X handle, he writes:

“I am ever elated by the huge success Nigerian youths are making in various fields, especially in the entertainment sector.

Therefore, I extend my hearty congratulations to our Nigerian Afrobeats star, Tems @temsbaby, who just secured her second Grammy Award with her win in the Best African Music Performance category.

I also rejoice with Nigeria’s entertainment industry and other Nigerian artists who were nominated for different awards in their respective categories.

Undoubtedly, Nigeria remains home to the endless flow of talents who through their creative arts, continue to put the nation on the global map.

Firmly, I remain committed to building a nation that fosters growth among the youths and helps them discover and harness their individual talents for national productivity.

Tems, whose real name is Temilade Openiyi, made history with her win at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, taking home the first-ever Best African Music Performance award.

Also, this marks her second Grammy, following her win in 2023 for her feature on Future’s hit song Wait for U alongside Drake.

Nigerian Singer Davido’s Fans reacts to viral clip of Nollywood Actress, Regina Daniels and Uche Montana, discussing their best Nigerian artists.

The viral clip was taken at the 2025 Headies Awards Show held on the 27th of April, 2025. In a brief interview on the red carpet with Regina Daniels’s, the actress shares her top three Nigerian artists. “Okay, first is Tekno, and then Wizkid and then Burna Boy.”

Meanwhile Uche Montana ansered hers as “Wizkid, Burna Boy and Shalipoppi”. Afterwards she was prompted to add another artist to make it the big four. Uche then added “Davido” as her fourth best Nigerian Artist.

Fans of Davido then react to the viral clip and show their support for the artist despite not being mentioned as a top three favorite.

It can be noted that this is not the first appearance of Blue Ivy, who is 13 years old. She has been seen on stage with Beyoncé many times dancing. Fans always cheer for her and are excited to see Beyoncé’s generation growing.

For the Cowboy Carter Tour, Blue Ivy opens the show with her mother and backup dancers. The 13 years old was also given a moment to shine at the front of the stage with fans hyping and cheering her.

Towards the end, Rumi Carter, Beyoncé’s youngest came on to stage excitedly as she waved to fans. The crowd was touched by the sight of the family and cheered loudly.

Popular American Singer Beyoncé stuns fans with an incredible performance at the Cowboy Carter 2025. The tour was held in Los Angeles and occurred on the 28th of April with tons of fans following a cowboy theme to attend the show.

Beyoncé started the night with her album of the year that won the Grammys, “Ameriican Requiem”. Many more iconic songs were performed and all in all it was a wonderful tour.

The performance delivered mind blowing choreography an special appearances of Beyoncé’s daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi, were seen on stage with the singer. The tour has become the highlight of the week as it is the talk of the town.
