Atiku Urges Nigerians to Show Kindness and Pray for the Nation During Ramadan
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has urged Muslims in Nigeria to embrace the holy month of Ramadan as a time for charity, compassion, and fervent prayers for the nation’s advancement.
In a statement marking the onset of Ramadan, Atiku mentioned the significance of generosity, encouraging Nigerians to extend support beyond their immediate circles.
He emphasized that emulating the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) reveals the profound benefits of being generous, especially during Ramadan.
Addressing the current economic challenges, Atiku called on all levels of government to implement measures that alleviate citizens’ hardships. He stressed the necessity for governments to provide palliatives that support the populace and improve living conditions.
Atiku also appealed to Nigerians to pray for the country’s peace and development, underscoring Ramadan as a period for spiritual reflection and national unity.
He urged everyone to remember Nigeria in their prayers and called on governments to offer the necessary support to ease the difficulties faced by Nigerians during and beyond the Ramadan fast.

Royal Family in Grief After Death of Literature Student and Cousin to Princes William and Harry
The royal family, Prince William and Prince Harry, express sadness as they grieve over their 20-year-old cousin who passed away.
It was revealed that the young lady was found at the family’s home in Norton with a firearm found nearby. However, the involvement of a third party was ruled out after investigations were carried out.
The funeral has been scheduled for a later date, pending proper investigations. The family expressed grief as they mourn one of their own — a young lady who was a literature student at Durham University.
