Atiku Urges Nigerians to Show Kindness and Pray for the Nation During Ramadan

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has urged Muslims in Nigeria to embrace the holy month of Ramadan as a time for charity, compassion, and fervent prayers for the nation’s advancement.
In a statement marking the onset of Ramadan, Atiku mentioned the significance of generosity, encouraging Nigerians to extend support beyond their immediate circles.
He emphasized that emulating the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) reveals the profound benefits of being generous, especially during Ramadan.
Addressing the current economic challenges, Atiku called on all levels of government to implement measures that alleviate citizens’ hardships. He stressed the necessity for governments to provide palliatives that support the populace and improve living conditions.
Atiku also appealed to Nigerians to pray for the country’s peace and development, underscoring Ramadan as a period for spiritual reflection and national unity.
