Lamine Yamal Names Burna Boy and Rema as His Afrobeats Faves
Barcelona’s teenage football sensation Lamine Yamal has shared his love for Afrobeats, and fans are loving it.
In a recent chat with TTV, the young star opened up about his music taste, saying he enjoys African sounds. When asked to name his favorite Afrobeats artists, he didn’t hesitate—Burna Boy and Rema top his playlist. “I listen to a lot of Afro music,” Yamal said casually during the interview.
His answer took many by surprise, especially since he’s been seen vibing with Nigerian artist Skales. The connection makes sense though—Skales’ 2015 banger Shake Body went viral again thanks to Yamal’s dance moves, sparking fresh attention online.
Liverpool have released a list of players who are confirmed to leave the club this summer.
The list includes star players Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, and Ibrahima Konaté. While some players are leaving, others have been offered new contracts.
The players who have been offered fresh terms include Kyle Kelly, Afolami Onanuga, Oliver O’Connor, Lucas Pitt, Ben Trueman, Matthew Wright, Prince Cisse, and Keyrol Figueroa.
Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has urged Ademola Lookman to consider a move to Galatasaray.
It can be noted that Lookman recently completed a transfer to Atlético Madrid, and since then, many European clubs have shown interest in the player.
Osimhen then shared an encouraging message to the player, stating that he would be welcome at Galatasaray.
