BLACKPINK to make Comeback with World Tour and Perform New Songs on July 5th
BLACKPINK is officially back, and fans all over the world can finally look forward to new music from the group. The global girl group will be making their comeback on July 5, which will kick off their much-anticipated DEADLINE World Tour at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. This will be BLACKPINK’s first group performance in almost three years since their last tour.
Also, the July 5th show will be the first time the group performs their brand-new song, which has been confidential. The group’s label, YG Entertainment, confirmed that the new song is ready and will be revealed live on stage. Fans have been speculating about the track after the group was spotted shooting a music video earlier this month, though the title and details of the release have not yet been made public.
BLACKPINK’s DEADLINE World Tour will take them to 31 major cities, including stops in Asia, Europe, and North America, with the final show set to happen in Hong Kong on January 25, 2026. A few weeks ago, the group shared a teaser for the tour, showing Jennie, Rosé, Jisoo, and Lisa riding through the city in a flashy pink convertible.
Their fans known as BLINKs have been eagerly waiting for the group’s return, especially after a long period of solo projects and silence on group activities. While some fans have displayed frustration over the lack of pre-tour promotions and limited new music, many are excited to finally see BLACKPINK together on stage again with new material.
The group’s last major release was in 2022, and though the members have stayed busy with solo music, acting, and brand deals, fans have been demanding fresh group content for years.
