Nigerian singer Simi stirs debate online as she speaks about pregnancy. She wonders why men complain about not being asked about it.

“Some men will say, why is it that when a woman is pregnant or she’s giving birth, nobody asks after the daddy? It’s on sight. Are you listening? How is the daddy? What happened to the daddy?” she said.

She then shared what she went through as well as many other women who give birth  “Oh, I haven’t slept in 24 hours, I haven’t slept in 48 hours… so what? That moment is not your moment, okay? Did your vagina tear? Did they have to sew you? Did they have to stitch you back together?” she asked.
