The Rise of Fake Products in Nigeria: How Safe Are We?
The Rise of Fake Products in Nigeria
This is not a piece written for fun or simply for the sake of making an announcement. It is a call for awareness, a call to the government to take action, and, most importantly, a call to protect people.
It’s becoming a growing trend that fake products are becoming normal. They are being sold at the same rate as the original products at this point. From reports of fake toothpaste, fake perfume, fake soap, fake yoghurt, drinks and other consumable products, fake pads, and so on.
We need the Nigerian government to help out and put a stop to this. Where are the laws? Where is the safety? And where are the rules?
We need more awareness, but we also need action. Nigerians should not have to constantly question whether the products they are buying are genuine or whether what they are putting on or into their bodies is safe.
Until more is done, be careful and conscious of what you put on your body and what you take into it. Check the products you buy, pay attention to where you buy them from, and stay informed.

3 Ways To Enjoy Coconut And What Each One Offers
Coconut is more than just a refreshing fruit. Different parts of the coconut are used in everyday foods and drinks, with coconut water, milk and oil each offering different nutritional uses.
Coconut water is a refreshing drink that contains electrolytes such as potassium and can help with hydration.
Coconut milk is commonly used in cooking and adds flavour and calories to meals. It also contains fat, which can help make meals more filling.
Coconut oil is widely used for cooking and contains a high amount of saturated fat, so it is best used in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
From the water to the milk and oil, coconut can be enjoyed in different ways — but like most foods, moderation is key.

- Rest — Getting enough sleep and taking it easy can give your body time to recover.
