Ayra Starr Clarifies Relationship with Rema: ‘He’s Like a Brother’

Ayra Starr, the Nigerian singer also known as Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, recently addressed speculation surrounding her relationship with fellow Mavin record label artist, Rema, during an interview with American pop channel Much Music.
She clarified that their relationship is purely platonic, describing Rema as a brother and an inspiration. Ayra emphasized that while she admires Rema and sees him as a role model for his achievements in the music industry, their connection is rooted in friendship and mutual respect rather than romantic involvement.

Nigerian producer Ayebo Yemi Solomon takes to the media to express his dissatisfaction in being left out by rapper Olamide. It can be noted that the singer was inspired by the producer film “Yemi My Lover”.
In a recent interview, Solomon shares his expectations with being recognized by the rapper but was forgotten. He still shows appreciation to the fact that his work inspired that singer.
“Olamide didn’t call me when he released the song. I was happy, but not happy. When the video dropped, I was expecting a call, at least a feature. I tried to see him, but it didn’t work.”
