New Court Documents Claim Diddy Paid $1M for Tupac Shakur’s Murder

Recent court documents have brought to light a shocking revelation implicating music mogul Sean Combs, known professionally as Diddy, in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
According to these documents, which were filed on July 18, 2024, Diddy is alleged to have paid $1 million for the assassination of Shakur, a claim tied to the testimony of Duane “Keefe D” Davis.
Davis, who was arrested last year in connection with Shakur’s murder, is named multiple times in the documents, identified by his various aliases including Puffy, Puff Daddy, and Puff, as well as his real name, Sean Combs.
The court papers state that Davis publicly claimed he was only implicating himself and not others in his discussions with law enforcement.
However, this assertion appears contradictory to the evidence presented, which suggests that Combs financially motivated the murder.
According to the documents, Davis indicated that Combs paid Eric Von Martin $1 million to carry out the assassination. In transcripts of his testimony, Davis reportedly confirmed that Combs was involved.
When questioned by police about whether “Puffy Combs” was connected to the crime, Davis responded affirmatively, suggesting that Combs had expressed a strong desire for the demise of Death Row Records founder Suge Knight and had a personal vendetta against Shakur following the release of a diss track.
These revelations come as prosecutors have used these documents to challenge Davis’ recent bail request. Davis’ bail bond, set at $112,500, was denied last month due to concerns regarding the origins of the funds.
At this stage, it remains uncertain whether Diddy will face a subpoena or indictment related to this high-profile case.
