Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish to Headline Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony
Hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg, pop sensation Billie Eilish, and the legendary rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to headline the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, according to Variety’s August 8 report.
The ceremony, scheduled for this Sunday, will include a blend of live and pre-recorded performances from these star-studded artists as part of the ceremonial transfer of the Olympic Games from Paris to Los Angeles.
In addition to the musical performances, the event will feature a special stunt by acclaimed Hollywood actor Tom Cruise.
As the Paris Games come to a close, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will accept the Olympic Torch during the ceremony, symbolizing the handover of the Games to the U.S. city, which will host the 2028 Summer Olympics.
Notably, Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers all hail from Los Angeles. Snoop Dogg previously carried the Olympic Torch at the Paris Games’ opening ceremony.
Popular singer Demi Lovato reunites with the Jonas Brothers for Camp Rock 3. The singer was seen in a bronze dress standing between the three brothers.
It can be noted that Camp Rock 3 will premiere on Disney Channel on August 13, 2026, and on Disney+ on August 14, 2026.
Off Campus stars Mika Abdalla and Josh Heuston are officially confirmed as a couple, as they have boldly stepped out together with PDA.
The pair could be seen out in Vancouver holding hands and kissing while walking down the street.

Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh opens a new fellowship called New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT) in Abuja.
The actress described the fellowship as an “Interdenominational altar, spiritual home, and global movement of consecrated believers.”
She also shared that it is not a church to her but an interdenominational gathering of people committed to God.
