Actor Yemi Ayebo Felt Honored by Olamide’s Song, But Hurt by No Acknowledgment
Nigerian Actor Yemi Ayebo expresses dissatisfaction and frustration at the fact that Singer Olamide did not reach out to him after making use of his name.
In a recent interview, the actor revealed how excited he was when he heard his name of the singer’s song “Yemi my Lover”. The actor also shared how he tried to reach out to Olamide but never got a response.
“When Olamide used my name in his song Yemi My Lover, I was so happy but he didn’t compensate me. Pasuma gave me Olamide’s number & I called him for over six months but he never picked up, so I just let it go.”

‘No Smoking, No Nudity’ — Spyro Opens Up About the Values That Shape His Work
Nigerian singer Spyro speaks on his values, morals, and how he applies them to his work.
He shared that when shooting music videos, he does not tolerate certain things because they do not align with his beliefs.
“You can’t be in a video with me and you’re smoking. That can’t happen. You can’t be in a video with me and you’re naked. That won’t happen. I have rules and regulations for working with people.
“I can’t be on a song that is not clean, to start with. Shoday, give your life to Christ. I said, ‘Shoday, give your life to Christ.’ He said I should continue mine while he focuses on his. Even if he’s not with Christ, he’s coming to Christ. That’s why I’m in this industry. It’s a gradual process.”

Babcock University Denies Issuing Carter Efe’s Alleged Certificate
Babcock University makes headlines as it speaks regarding content creator Carter Efe, who claimed that he studied at the school and graduated with a first-class degree.
When asked for proof, he shared a certificate that stated “First Class Upper.” However, the university has now spoken out, stating that the certificate is not from the school and is forged.
“Babcock University does not issue ‘Honorary Certificates’ in recognition of undergraduate academic performance. Academic excellence, including the award of First Class Honours, is formally recognized only through the University’s official degree certificate and academic transcript issued by the Office of the Registrar.”
“There is no academic classification or degree known to Babcock University as ‘First Class Upper.’ The recognized classification is First Class Honours.”
