Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh takes to social media to relay her appreciation to the Honorable Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
The actress highlighted the difference the Minister has made to the development of Abuja. She applauded the visions Wike has shared and stated that a real different has been made under his leadership.
