Ademola Lookman Refuses to Play for Atalanta as He Pushes for Inter Milan Move
Ademola Lookman’s future at Atalanta has taken a dramatic turn, with the Nigerian winger reportedly refusing to feature for the Serie A side again. Reports suggest the Super Eagles star has told the club he is done playing for them, as Inter Milan prepare to table a third bid.
The Italian giants have already had two offers turned down, but are said to be edging closer to Atalanta’s valuation. Inter remain determined to bring the 26-year-old to the San Siro this summer.
Sports journalist Onyebuchi Onokala, popularly known as Buchi Laba, confirmed the situation on X, stating that Lookman has made it clear he only wants Inter. According to him, while Atalanta would prefer to sell abroad, the player has drawn a line, his mind is set on joining the Nerazzurri.
