Ademola Lookman Returns to Atalanta Training After Inter Milan Transfer Mess
Ademola Lookman has returned to training with Atalanta after holding talks with head coach Ivan Juric. Reports from Italy say the Nigerian forward rejoined the squad on Thursday, just a day after their Champions League loss to Paris Saint-Germain.
Lookman had been sidelined since the summer when he pushed for a move to Inter Milan, a decision that left him out of Atalanta’s plans at the start of the season. Although he hasn’t featured for the club this campaign, the 27-year-old has remained active with the Nigerian national team, turning out twice in recent international games.
Now back with the team, Lookman could finally make his first Serie A appearance of the season when Atalanta face Torino this weekend.
