American actress Emma Roberts and her partner, Cody John, have officially gotten married.

The couple held a small and private wedding in Idaho on July 25. The clips were shared by Vogue Weddings, which covered the ceremony.

After the main ceremony, the couple wore black for the after-party, and Emma shared her thoughts

“I love the idea of wearing black for the after-party,” Emma Roberts told Vogue. “We love doing something that’s a little unexpected. This looks like it could be totally vintage from 100 years ago, or from now.”

She added “He wouldn’t care if I wore jeans,” the Scream Queens actress said of John’s reaction. “But he’s gonna definitely die for this.”

He shared how he initially wanted to have a big wedding with her. “We were planning a big wedding, and then we were like, ‘Let’s just get legally married.’ We were waiting for a cancellation at the Santa Barbara courthouse because it’s such a beautiful courthouse, but it was booked out for three months, and we found a cancellation the night before.”

“Natalie is so amazing, she found a dress that day,” Paul told ET, noting that “everything,” including hiring the photographer, was done at the last minute.

He continued “Everything was, like, the day before, and it was so special. Because it was so spontaneous, it made it more special. It was just us and our dog. It was amazing.”

Nigerian singer Damilola Afolabi, popularly known as L.A.X, and his fiancée, Ella, recently visited her hometown for their traditional introduction ceremony.

It can be recalled that the couple got engaged in January 2026 after L.A.X shared a video of his proposal on social media. The introduction marks another significant step in their journey toward marriage.
