Anthony Joshua Considering Retirement After Recent Loss — Uncle Reveals
It has been revealed by Adedamola Joshua, uncle to British boxer Anthony Joshua, that the star is considering retiring from boxing following his recent loss.
It can be recalled that the boxing star is currently in mourning for his two closest friends, who reportedly died in a car crash in December 2025 in Nigeria.
Speaking on the situation, his uncle said “The major thing there is that he has retired from boxing. That is one thing that makes us glad.”
“Each time he’s fighting in the ring, we are always carried away emotionally… it’s too much trauma for us. Now that he has said that he’s leaving while the ovation is highest, we are happy.”

Liverpool have released a list of players who are confirmed to leave the club this summer.
The list includes star players Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, and Ibrahima Konaté. While some players are leaving, others have been offered new contracts.
