Asake’s rise to global fame continues with the release of his third album, ‘Lungu Boy,’ on August 9, 2024. Featuring collaborations with artists like Wizkid, Central Cee, Stormzy, Travis Scott, and Ludmila, the album quickly reached No. 2 on the Apple Music chart and No. 1 on the Apple Music UK Chart. This marks Asake’s third album to top the UK chart, reinforcing his growing influence.
Over the past three years, Asake has emerged as a dominant figure in the music industry. His debut album, ‘Mr. Money With The Vibe,’ won Album of the Year at the 2023 Headies Awards, while his second album, ‘Work of Art,’ produced the record-setting hit ‘Lonely At The Top.’ Asake’s consistent success has established him as a leading force in Afrobeats.
