Big Brother Naija Star, BamBam shares her personal experience with Nigerian police. The reality star took to her X page to lament on her experience.

The star shared that she was stopped by police officer who requested she shows “them love”. BamBam expresses frustration with the behavior of certain police officers and shared how it is not appropriate.

“We shouldn’t see the police and feel uncomfortable but safe. Asking and demanding are two different things. Feeling entitled about your money and tipping because they were respectful and actually doing their job are two different things.”

Nigerian Influencer Saidaboj causes stir online as she claims that she along some celebrities are always criticize.

The influencer takes to Tik Tok platform to state that she always faced with judgement by the public and adds that some celebrities also the same.

She questions fans and tells them to relax on the amount of criticism on her and the mentioned artists, Davido and Wizkid.

“Do you realize that me, Davido, and Wizkid are the most dragged celebrities? You all need to relax, it’s not easy.”

“I know that criticism comes with success, but we’re here trying to entertain you all, please, remove our names from your mouths.”

Nigerian Activist VeryDarkMan takes to social media to warn  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, not to release the mug shots that were taken of him.

It can be recalled that the activist was recently arrested by EFCC and was just released by them on the claim of money laundering. The activist then took to social media to lament and warn EFCC not to share photos that were taken during his arrest till he’s proved guilty.

You people took a picture of me, where wahala go dey na if you release that photo of me with money laundering on it. If una release my picture for una page and I con go see money laundering, you people will prove it.”

Popular Nigerian Singer Wizkid makes headline for canceling his upcoming US shows. The shows include Atlanta, GA (State Farm Arena, June 5, 2025), New York, NY (Madison Square Garden, June 7, 2025), and Houston, TX (Toyota Center, June 19, 2025).

The reason behind the cancellation has yet to be communicated however fans react with concerns and disappointment at the news.
