Former Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster has shared his thoughts on the future of the club under Ruben Amorim, suggesting that the Portuguese manager’s time at Old Trafford may be coming to an end.

On his Fozcast Podcast, the 42-year-old predicted that United’s patience with Amorim will run out if the team slips into another poor spell of results, claiming the club could decide to part ways with him within the next few months.

Foster pointed out the lack of cohesion in United’s play, saying he doesn’t see enough progress under Amorim. He also suggested that Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner would be a strong candidate to take over, especially with only nine months left on his current contract at Selhurst Park.

Amorim, who took charge of Manchester United 48 games ago, has so far managed 19 wins and 20 defeats. Despite a recent victory over Chelsea, his side sits in 11th place in the Premier League table, a position that continues to raise doubts about his long-term future at the club.
