Nollywood Actress, Biodun Okeowo, has spoken out about how weddings are increasingly being compared to one another.
“Money can decorate a hall, but it can’t decorated a marriage. So let’s stop confusing money with taste — they are not the same thing. The level of a wedding does not equate to the success of the marriage.”
“Marriage, for most, happens once, so the wedding should reflect the couple’s dream — done in whatever way they choose — without anyone having the right to water down their joy or make comparisons.”
