BTS New Live Album Hits 14.5 Million Streams in Just One Day on Spotify
BTS has once again made history with the release of their first official live album, Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul, which dropped on July 18. The album didn’t just excite fans, it broke a major record by racking up a jaw-dropping 14.5 million streams on Spotify within just 24 hours. This impressive feat pushes BTS ahead of Beyoncé’s Homecoming live album, which previously held the record in this category.
The album shows the raw energy, emotion, and stage presence that BTS brought to their three-night concert series held at Seoul Olympic Stadium in March 2022. For many fans, these shows were extra meaningful as they marked the group’s return to live performances in South Korea after nearly two years of pandemic restrictions.
Nigerian singer Asake speaks on his relationship with his father. In a recent interview he shared that he loves his father despite any distance.
“The love is still the same between me and my dad, even if I don’t live with him or see him every day, Even if he points a gun at me, till eternity he will always be my dad, and I will still show him the same love.”
It can be noted that few weeks back the singer gifted his father and his mother a car.

Mother of Nigerian singer, Asake revealed that he once rejected the opportunity to study abroad.
In a recent interview with Korty EO, the singer shared that it was against his father to pursue music. His mother then recalled how he came to turn them down on studying abroad and stated he wanted to stay and learn in Nigeria.
The singer studied performing arts at OAU.
