Chappell Roan Withdraws from Festival for Health
Chappell Roan has withdrawn from her scheduled performances at the All Things Go Music Festival due to personal reasons related to her health. The 26-year-old singer announced via her Instagram Story on September 27 that she would not be performing in New York City and Washington, D.C., explaining that recent weeks had become overwhelming for her.
“I feel pressures to prioritize a lot of things right now and I need a few days to prioritize my health,” Roan wrote, apologizing to fans for her absence. Following her announcement, the festival released a statement expressing their support for Roan.
“We’re heartbroken to announce that Chappell Roan will no longer be performing at this year’s festivals,” they stated, emphasizing the importance of health and well-being. They encouraged fans to rally around Roan with love and understanding, reinforcing the idea that music supporters care for the artists as well as their work.
