Nigerian author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, breaks silence after the tragic loss of one of her twin babies.
She revealed that her son passed away due to the negligence of the hospital. According to her, the baby was moved and given propofol, but it was stated that he must be monitored. She said her baby was not monitored afterward.
“It turns out that Nkanu was NEVER monitored after being given too much propofol.”
“We brought in a child who was unwell but stable and scheduled to travel the next day. We came to carry out basic procedures, and suddenly, our beautiful little boy was gone forever. I will never survive the loss of my child.”
